At Rownd Precision, we strive to deliver your orders worldwide in the safest and fastest way possible. To prevent any damage during transit, Rownd desktop CNC machines and accessories are packed in special impact-resistant boxes that comply with international standards.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Your orders are handed over to the shipping carrier on business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the first following business day.

Once your products have been shipped, an informational email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the Checkout page based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery address.

  • International Orders (US, Europe, and Others): Depending on the selected shipping speed and the carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), delivery times vary between [3-7] business days.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (For International Orders)

For international shipments, shipping processes and customs regulations are subject to the laws of the destination country. Please read the following conditions carefully:

  • Orders Outside the US, EU, and Turkey: Your order total does not include the destination country's customs duties, VAT, or import fees. All customs charges and import taxes that may arise once the product reaches your country are the buyer's responsibility.

  • B2B, Educational Institutions, and Bulk Purchases: Corporate customers ordering from the US and EU regions who require special import procedures other than the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option must contact us via the [Quote Form] on our website before making a purchase.

  • Unclaimed Packages: For packages that are not received and returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, round-trip shipping costs and any extra expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Orders for the Japanese Market

The sales, shipping, and technical support processes for orders placed from Japan are handled by our authorized distributor, NK Works Co. For order requests with a Japanese address, you must contact our distributor directly.

5. Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and the carrier's tracking link. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the system, depending on the shipping carrier.

6. Damage Inspection Upon Delivery

When receiving your package, please check the outer box for any crushing, tearing, or damage in the presence of the delivery personnel. If you detect any transit-related damage to the product:

  • Do not accept the package.

  • Ask the delivery personnel to fill out a "Damage Assessment Report" 

  • Notify us of the situation as soon as possible via support@rowndprecision.com.
