Features
The Rownd Air Cooling Add-On controls heat and chips generated during processing, ensuring a more stable, clean, and efficient production process. This system, powered by an external compressor, simultaneously cools the cutting tool and removes chips from the machining area.
Thanks to its integrated solenoid valve structure, the system can be controlled manually or automatically opened and closed with G-code commands. With an adjustable flow rate system, airflow can be precisely controlled and optimized for different materials and operations.
It improves surface quality, extends tool life, and enhances machining safety, especially in aluminum, plastic, and light metal processing.
