How does the $149 accessory credit work?
The credit is issued after the campaign succeeds and your eligible machine pledge is collected. It applies to specified 5X add-ons.
Does VIP reserve a machine or a price?
The pass gives access to the private VIP reward link. A machine reward must be pledged separately on Kickstarter.
Can I get a refund?
The pass is fully refundable on request before the Kickstarter campaign launches. If Rownd cancels the campaign, passes are refunded automatically.
Are software and machine features VIP-only?
No. Normal CAD/CAM post-processor support is available with Rownd 5X for all users.
When will the machine ship?
The current planning target is to begin production shipments in Q2 2027.
